Wonderful! They are pretty photos of trains! This angle and movement are fantastic. Finding the ones that I have, I go to publish. Congratulations!

Normally head on shots do not work to well with steam but this with the low angle looks pretty good.It is nice and sharp and the colors are well saturated, however the bland sky is a bit distracting and I would have cloned out the points lever in the foreground.

Excellent capture Mark, the composition is just splendid - great to see a steam train and this is just great :-)

Best wishes,

I don't think I told you, Mark, that as a child I had a wonderful, spring-operated train. Then I had diphthria and my father. an MD like me, put the train in lysol and of course it was spoiled. Your train photos and especially this beautiful one brings back this memory. Later, as an adult, I had an electric train, but it had lost its charm.
Thank you for your kind remark about my "Yaniv's birthday 2."
Best regards,
Rafi
