About was on the same day with my photo

the bird is not too sharp :(, there are three reasons : miss focus, speed not fast enough, my hand already freezing :)

I hope you still like it :D

Good try. To me, it is still an interesting picture. The background seems sharp.
My recommendations is this:
1. Don't use autofocus. The focusing points concentrated on the background, not the bird.
2. Try panning.

Overall, I like the picture. It caught my eye.

So what's better, a technically perfect dull picture or a great, interesting, amazing shot that's not quite sharp? I'll take the second option any day. This is wonderful.

Omar Rifaat   {K:10135} 2/6/2005
Even if the focus is not perfect, its a really good shot! I like the birds legs aligned with the vertical icicles. Looks like he's frozen in too!
