This one definitely bears your signature. Great work in toning and cropping. The Shadows/Highlights control adds to the mono treatment. I keep looking at the man at the window, going up the ladder. This creates a strong focal point.

I do like the toning... the perspective is excellent and the variation of tones is good...I am tempted to take a bit off the left and just a hair off the right to give it a definite vertical feel...the wall of the window left seems to pull my eye a bit, I think think vertical will keep the focus on your subject more...

There are some scenes that hardly change... I recall being in HK taking the Star Ferry across to Kowloon side then another to one of the small islands... then a sanpan... et cetera ... probably before you were born... when I was in my early 20s... and when there 18 months ago... did the same treck... and it all changed... until I crossed the island to get away from the hi-rises... and bingo... some scenes hardly change...

I think this is the best picture to day in this site. ther is poetry.
