About One of my stud boys. This is Grand Champion Raglin's Hearthrob Billy Joel, a Blue Mitted Lynx Ragdoll male. And he is also one of the most difficult cats to photograph! This is a lucky shot, but you can see his ears perked, just in case there are any girls around :-)

Taken at sunset ... with lots of patience!

You mean this is the 'Big shot'! If he's got a problem with one of the ladies, why doesn't he 'Tell her about it'?! Will he date anyone, or does he prefer a 'Uptown girl'? Or maybe a 'Brown eyed girl'? Does he sleep on the sofa, or is he a 'Piano man'?!
You know who!!

Linn Currie   {K:24426} 2/7/2005

This must be the best comment you have ever left on any of my cat/kitten images!

You know who too!
:-))

Good genes to pass on, I am sure. Love to see those blue eyes- especially today when we had to bury our old blue eyed Siamese.(he was almost 17 years old) Seeing BJ makes me happy on top of my sadness. Thanks!

Margaret Sturgess   {K:49403} 2/7/2005
Indeed he doesn't look very happy at being 'snapped' but you got him a treat, he is a handsome chap

Kay McIntire   {K:11787} 2/8/2005
Thank you for your condolences on my loss, Linn. I still have 2 house cats for now, ( but no blue eyes!) so I have to wait to get one of these beautiful Ragdolls. I do plan on getting one one day!

Linn --

This is great! I love the look in his eyes -- a bit narrowed as if he's plotting his next conquest! DOF and composition are also good.

Regards,
Anne

Great, fantastic capture, Linn.....I just wanted to ask you something about your marvelous cats: as you know, I am a pets'lover, I've always owned dogs, but that doesn't mean that I love cats any lesser ( In the past I have been an English Cocker Spaniel's breeder ).
I was wondering how is the character of these wonderful creatures of yours....affectionate? Loving? Or reserved and shy?
Is it possible to buy a pup from your litters and have it shipped to Italy?
All I have left from my previous activity is a 16- years -old doggie, who is my life, since I am not married and I have no children and I know that sooner or later he will leave me.
I'm sure that you know how I feel...heartbroken and desperate....I need a companion....
Please contact me at my address, so that we will be able to speak....
With much affection,

Antonella

Hi Linn! This is a great shot of Billy Joel!He does have that look in His eye! Could Christy Brinkley be around?LOL

Super detail and I really like that rotted piece of wood.Is that a bug on it?
Anyway this is very well done Linn! Take care.......................John

Linn Currie   {K:24426} 2/12/2005
No, she is not around, but a beautiful girl called Hershey Kiss (AKA Kissy) did visit with him for the past two days :-))) so hold thumbs for a successful pregnancy :-))

The "rotten wood" is actually part of the wooden step leading to their cabin. It has been chopped away by the edge trimmer. I didn't even know it was that bad till I saw the picture!

Have a good weekend John!

Linn
