Good idea, good work. What kind of scanner you used ? I think it was flat scanner. Unfortunatelly at Your photo can bee seen Newton's circle. You have to be very watchful ;) Regards.

Yes, it was a flat scanner. You are right with the newton's circle. Do you know a solution against it?

marmur-Marek  Urbanski    {K:2307} 2/8/2005
Solution is simply. You must put your film INVERSELY at scanner's glass.

Stefan A. F. Kassler   {K:3727} 2/8/2005
Ok, i will try it.

the circle noise aside, this is a great candid image of a lovely mature woman...her expression is full of life/eyes full of thought...the depth of field is also good...thanks for dropping by my statue image...regards,gayle USA

Really lovely candid moment and expression. I could take pictures of her all day long. The light is beautiful. I like this crop, but can also see it cropped a little more tightly for a different feel.

All this series of pictures is fantastic! It shows so much the essence of old people...The B&W helps a lot!
Great, Stefan!

This one is much better, but as I can see you have had problems with "Newton's quarters", it's the result of glass and film contact.
