About Ah yes - the view from my desk at work, the Merrion Centre in all it's glory.

This is as good as it gets - when the sun hits it inwinter the rubbish 60's tiles reflect light into my window and whe world feels so much nicer....

Still think they should level the place and build something nice though!

Like this as an abstract though!

Beautiful. I would suggest to crop at least half of the darken side on the right.

Hi Ade,
Yeah, the 60's architects have a lot to answer for. Total lack of character and happily a lot of those buildings are short of longevity. You've pulled off a great abstract here though. i do like the bold black lines of the windows. So powerful.

Hi Michele,

I see where you're coming from on the crop. My intention with this one was to have equal space on either side of the building - whether or not this works, I'm not sure, so here's one with the dark side cropped.

INteresting to see what people think.

Wow, stunning.
The clarity is amazing. I love how the sun hits the edge of it, and the other side is hidden in shadows.

Lovely =]

Looks great - windows ?? You have windows in your workplace ?? lol Now I really am jealous, they don't trust us with windows !!

Super photo, lighting is spot on and the composition is super.

Best wishes,
Steve

Great catch of the sun glinting, Ade! I like your composition!
Dave.
