wooow thilo..
an excelent title but also a great shot!
the outstanding effect of b/w also for the IR filter is fantastic is simialr to a polarizzator filter!
also the technic of shot is the max of perfection..
ciao

these reflecting windows seems to be made for photographers only; here you managed the entire bulding and reflections in a nice manner; original framing too

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59766} 2/10/2005
Oh yes i like it!!!! Very much!!!! Impressive reflection you got here! I have to try such IR filter.

Hi Thilo,

bei meinem detailverliebten Auge wäre wohl nur das untere Drittel übrig geblieben...aber ich hatte ja keinen Einfluß ;)

und der Himmel kommt richtig gut mir IR...

Ich mag die schräge Rahmen Einlage

great idea!

I don't fully understand all the science here, but
i have a thing for architectural perspective shots and i think this one is great. I like the offset frame. normally i would object, but somehow it makes the image dynamic and creates an interesting optical effect. nice work!

Peter De Rycke   {K:37234} 2/10/2005
Specially like the perspective and oblique view here .. well done !
Peter

Interesting presentation with the offset framing...the IR filter works well here...the halo around building gives it dimension against the bold sky...best regards, gayle

Uwe Bachmann   {K:10222} 2/11/2005
yes...starke kontraste, linien, feine perspektive und mit dem rahmen ein richtig schönes gimmick im bild. so kann die langeweile ruhig weitergehen...;-)

Nice quirky framing, Thilo. I like the filter effect: just right.

There are some reflections of other buildings which maybe could be a subject all on its own.

WTH is "bold project"???

Mr. M    {K:5514} 2/11/2005
Nice!!!
BVeautful B/W and nice idea about verticality.
It's right that not everything it's right....

Hi Thilo...

Great image... Love the perspective and the reflections, one almost can tell all the details of the buildings reflected... The sky looks beautiful... Excellent contrast and tones... The title works great with this one...

Cheers,

MaLuisa

Sorry that I have not commented lately... Too much work... I will catch up soon... I hope... :)

Thanks for your comments...

This is great - I love the way glass buildings mess about with reflections! (Nice title, too...)
