Amazing playing with light Gaja, you are very creative!

A good photo must create EMOTION....With your still life sensibility (glasses, eggs, etc..) you give life, harmony &, sometimes, sensuality to things...BRAVO.....That same sensibility with people should be "phénoménal"...you should try...

Tamara N   {K:2617} 2/13/2005
I love this one! I could tell right away that this was your photo. It definitely has Gaja written all over it. :)

Did you use natural sunlight here? The lighting and shadows are wonderful.

thomas M   {K:944} 2/13/2005
Excellent composition! With a sipmle lighting such a great effect, good job.

Hi Tamara,

It's actually just a table lamp. I had to have the grating very close to the egg to get sharp shadows. I think it might be more interesting with sunlight because I could move farther away.

Hi Claude,

thank you so much for your comment. I have wanted to do more shots of people for a while, but I have trouble finding subjects. I guess I feel too shy taking photos of people on the street, and I can only take so many photos of my family. Do you have any suggestions? Do you just bring your camera to social events and ask people to pose for you?

Gaja
