Peter - I almost like this image a lot. I realize you were on a weekend trip and maybe didn't carry the entire kit out with you but this really needed a tripod. I love this sort of atmospheric image but the handshake is just too distracting here. Perhaps you could steady the camera against something like a wall? I looked at your portfolio to see if you use a tripod but I couldnt tell. In any case this is great seeing and thanks for sharing. - John B

Thanks for your comment and advice. I always regret having a tripod. In this case I was out on a dinner date with my wife for our anniversary and just happen to have my pocket camera with me. She was very patient with me and allowed me to take a couple of Photographs.
Thanks again for your comment... Peter

Hi Peter, nice that your wife appreciates your photography! This is another great idea, I agree it's a bit shaky but nevertheless a cool capture. I think the building almost looks radioactive...
My brother Dan (also here on Usefilm) has suggested to me in the past that if you know you can't hold the shot, then you should purposely blur it, to see if that might make a good photo too. I had great fun with Christmas lights that way.
Thanks for posting this! Amy

Hi Peter, By the looks of your portfolio, this is a very different type of image for you. It is very interesting. Maybe it will inspire more of the same type. Andre

Very nice nightshot Peter! Think you did a nice job! The focus is on the green light so it is not an isue if there is a litle movement in between or not. )
Best regards, Ramon
