If I were you I use the color mode, then on photoshop I convert it to grays, then again to RGB, because sometimes the color are more beautiful than the B&W, the right hair is not enough sharp, it would be better if the was a stronger light from the back, fashionable photo.
See I want to be better than the others so the right is with me until you stop the wrong.
