A great eye for composition and beautifully rich colours, as always! That umbrella is so sharp and saturated that it almost looks unreal. I like its multi-coloured print, especially because it emphasizes red and therefore warm up the scene. I do wish, however, that the entire umbrella was included in the shot . . . I feel that when an object is cropped out (even just a little), the photo feels more "enclosed" and not as spacious as it could be.
Still, a gorgeous photo. :)

Thanks for all of your comments. Yes Becky a little breathing room would not hurt this any, and maybe even make it stronger. I do have a few like that but preferred this because of the breaking wave action adding just a bit more color to the scene.
No plans yet Lamaro for the F-6. I rarely use flash anyway which is one of it's more notable improvements. Perhaps down the road. Mahalos again for all of your visits!! Aloha.

Hi Vincent - just found your portfolio on the UF site - great work - I just love the dramatic scenery and the images are so colourful and well presented - this image has gone straight onto my desktop!
