Oooh sushi! I'm getting hungry looking at them, and I just ate! Are these California rolls? Looking at the ingredients they seem to be.. those are the best! I love sushi!

they are quite close to California rolls; they're New Orleans rolls, with crawfish instead of shrimp. YUM!
