well all I can say is WOW! that is truly gorgeous. You were really able to capture the mood and the use of fog is spectacular.

Nice photo. Very moody. Makes me want to know what's on down the road. -- Naomi

very mooding, I love the foggy looks. Truly wonderful. The only thing: I would have painted the power cable out.

SERDAR SAGKAN   {K:4761} 3/8/2005

Now THIS is my favourite shot of your foggy series. Symmetric-asymmetric, dramatic perspective and superb backlit foggy lighting. The trees on the left side just shining through, great tones

David:

Yes, perhaps. I've fallen into some long hours at work here, so I don't have time to mod the photos as much as I have in the past. In general I don't remove or add things to my shots. I agree that the cabes are a bit distracting, but they are there...

Maybe I needed to find a better road...

I shot these while on my way to work. I pulled off and took maybe 15 minutes on a side route to take a few shots and then get into the office.

I respect that you don't touch your photos. What you see is what you get.
I see my work not as a document but an artform that transports an emotional state or impression.
Like a movie. Its made entirely out of real people, locations, a (sometimes) convincing story yet we all know nothing is real.
