Nice form of the roots and a good composition. Looks like it's a bit overexposed, and I'd prefer to have the foreground in focus. The shadow falling across the roots seems to fight against the flow of the roots, and is a distraction for me.

Sorry for the delay in my response (have been so busy lately). Thank you so much for all your comments and especially your critiques of my older images. I think you are right about many of your criticisms, and some, like in this one I hadn't quite figured out what was bothering me about it, and you put your finger right on it! I had looked through your portfolio earlier but hadn't had to chance to leave any comments. I am very impressed with your wildlife captures and a bit jealous of your amazing travels! going to leave some actual comments now. Thanks again!
