I think you suceeded! I like this - the depth of field, the shadows of the mesh, the simplicity of the white background, the form of the strainer... This would be a good stock photo too! Excellent work Petal!

great job! I tried photographing exactly the same object against a white background and I wasn't happy with any of the photos; this one is SO much better than any of mine were. great perspective and dof and shadow. congrats!
