About On the second anniversary of the US invasion and occupation of Iraq, a grouping of flag decorated caskets - one for each dead soldier from Wisconsin - was laid out near Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. Following a rally, the caskets were later carried to the Federal Building in Downtown Milwaukee.

I think this could be more powerful if the gentleman on the left was not in the image. Maybe even a shot from closer to ground level. I do like the idea.

When was this? and HOW DID I MISS IT? Do you have a crystal ball that lets you know what is going to happen? I go past here a couple of times a day. . . Oh well, I missed the Sierra Club's "backwards march" the other day also. Back to the photo. Very powerful shot but would agree with AJ about being a little more to ground level (trying to make a solid sea of flags if you will). David

I have now posted this casket display from that viewpoint. Yes it would have been nice to not have him there, but, well, he was part of the protest.
