Jorg Reif   {K:16020} 3/29/2005
Hi Kiarang, this is a very captivating picture to me. I was first attracted by the colours: the milky turquoise and the warm contrasting flash tones, and then I realized that there are many facets to discover here. Especially the light! It is a rich picture and a very human one. I liked the words you wrote in your profile: I agree that photography can be kind of a resort from the ugliness of the world, an instrument and a drug that lets us detect beauty and give us emotional satisfaction. The good thing abiut it is that we do not have to leave the world behind (like with real drugs) but stay in touch. Accordingly, the satisfaction stays.

You are a master of light thats why I am captivated by your pics, even though our motifs we chose are quite different.

Thanks for your comment!
Regards Jörg

Kiarang Alaei   {K:49417} 3/29/2005

The simplicity of this shot is wonderful!
The fact that your brave enough to take the camera into a privet place such a bathhouse amazes me!
Its not only private...its wet! Steam and water! Was your camera protected!!!!
Thank you so much for adding me to your friends list! :)

Kiarang Alaei   {K:49417} 4/28/2005
* It is interesting that you have found "Simplicity" in this shot, because many thinks that it is just a form in the bath! but i realy tried to do a documentary work. my camera is a simply Fujica Ax-5 without any prodected tool. thanks dear Arwa for your great comment. all your comments are exellent.
