michael, what's up? i go away for a little while and come back to find a different person. just kidding. but your latest stuff is a bit of a departure from what i'd seen before from you. i like it! i first thought this was a thread reel until i read your about: and looked closer. i like the amount of dof you used. although i would've tried placing it in the middle so as to fade in and out of it, i think i like it more this way.

Very beautiful colors and DOF Michael, I actually like how you didn't place the DOF in the center, thus matching your about "watching the paint dry". I agree with Tom that your recent work is different, but I think it's really beautiful!
