What a wonderful complexion you have.
Nice light and though I don't think the background works so well the lines providing too much of a distraction. A reflector to add just hint of light to the blocked up shadows may have been worth a try also.
Still a grand effort for first time round.

No, Manu! At my eyes the work is perfect. Maybe, you are thinking something about PS artefact, but at my lcd it's invisible. Perfect light management and cropping that brings the eyes of spectator straight to the "self portrait" ;-)
