A very beautiful picture. Invites one to go for a walk down this gorgeous path.

Mary, your remarks about wanting to walk into my -pictures are very encouraging. My main aim, I find, is to share views that have appealed to me, and I tend to want to "get it all in" (hence the use of wide-angle lenses and panorama cameras). If you want to walk into them, I've been successful!

In another couple of weeks, Zeev, the cherry trees that line the path will be in blossom, which should make another beautiful shot. Watch this space! The plum blossoms are not quite so spectacular, but last much longer... this shot actually shows them at their peak, but a bit too far away for them to look their best.

The eye is drawn inexorably into the shot by the combination of path and railings, Roger!
Good composition ~ colour and sharpness impeccable, as ever!
Best regards, Chris

another good compositon Roger, the spring is coming...i'll bet you'll get some amazing images when all the blossums pop up.
