Nice composition and colours. There is something quite appealing about it.

It is beautiful and engaging in how it pulls you in but you don't leave a lot of room for "constructive criticism" :-) Funny how a gray sky can be so lovely too.

Once in a while you stumble onto a photo that just stops you dead in your tracks and sucks you in. This photo has huge scale, excellent tones and the composition is out of this world!

Absolutly amazing!

there is no sense of scale in this image; there are only a series of trees on the upper right that sort of indicate that those in the middle are hills... still it is a question and together with the lovely gradations of sepias and light yellows it makes this image very seductive; well done

This is so beautiful! I totally love the atmosphere here. I went to Denmark only twice and spent way too little time there.

An amazing shot conveying emptiness and loneliness in away I haven't seen in any other photo.

If you were to have the opportunity, I'd be tempted to take another photo from the same position and angle of view with someone to walk along that beach on their own.

Wonderfully framed nature. In thumbnail I felt it like wave in the sea, and then amazed to see the 'Frontier' hill with grass.

Very nice tones.

Shane O'Neill   {K:3064} 4/5/2005
very intersting colour

the sense of simplicity you have been able to generate is quite awesome and not having a sernse of scale is one of its strengths. it is like an image conjured to represent a basic truth.

José Azevedo   {K:9814} 4/5/2005
I can feel the wind blowing in my face!

The sensation of movement is incredible. The low light, pastel tones and patterns from the vegetation contribute greatly to this, I believe.

Another astonishing point is the shapes of the sand dunes. They look almost like waves, water waves, fantastic. And when you realize their dimension/scale you wonder how impressive this place must be.
Or, at least, how wonderful your image made it ;-)

Congratulations!

Regards from Brazil,

Jose Azevedo
