I love the composition of this photo.
especially good too see a diffrent perspective in portrature.the border you added helps this shot stand out from the crowd as it seems part of the photo.
please try some more lighting setouts with this pose as its really diffrent.

Great presentation and composition. I don't know what to think about the stained mattress; in some way it adds to the mood and atmosphere, on the other, is kind of shabby for a background. The model is beautiful and, as you say, very natural in her pose.
