About I know some of you who have owned a digital SLR for a while will not find this interesting but for people who have been using compacts like me this was a real eye opener. This is a 100% enlarged section of the picture and the detail in my opinion is stunning! When using my Olympus Mini the noise when anything was enlarged over about 40% was horrid and made the picture almost unusable over a certain size. This image was shot in late evening using iso 200 and the noise level is low as you can see. This is straight from the camera, no shapening or adjustments in PS.
