A strong comeback with this excellent expressive black and white portrait!
the pose of her hand on her head and the pose of her legs adds dynamics and movement to the image ensuring a smooth eye flow through the image :)
The light is super the way it cast some pleasing soft shadows on her face yet her hair and parts of the dress are totally covered with light!
Good black and white tones it would be nice to see this image with some warm hue...maybe photo filters at photoshop?

Beautiful portrait Roberto...The pose of the woman is relaxed and yet at the same charged with sensuality and sexual energy. The lighting is superb too, with an abundance of hard light over the lef side and top of the leg and diffuse light over the remainder of the image. It is very clever in the way the dress appears to have no defined end as it comes down over her legs, the hem hidden from view by the pose and a small amount of shadow, all adding to the sexual feel of this image. An excellent image and a beautiful subject too!

Ma bentornato, Roby!...e alla grande, vedo!
Uno splendido soggetto in una posa molto simpatica e naturale che crea una composizione di notevole armonia ed equilibrio.
Elegantissimo il gioco di luci ed ombre con la modella che si staglia sopra uno sfondo naturalmente digradante e che copre l'intera gamma tonale.
Le luci, la pulizia dell'immagine, i toni della pelle, le estremità ben visibili (ho un debole del tutto personale per questo) e quel sorriso!...quel sorriso che, con la bocca e con gli occhi, si estende all'intero viso ed esprime gioia e soddisfazione (magari in seguito ad un tuo complimento).
Infine, lo sguardo un po' sognante che si perde al di la del campo visibile dall'osservatore, completa questo capolavoro che mai mi stanchero' di guardare...ed infatti va nei miei preferiti!

Oh bentornato. Non so se hai prodotto altre immagini della seri mi sarebbe piaciutoi vedere di più la parte superiore del viso per non comprimere troppo la prospettiva .unico neo personale ottima la luce la sfuocatura posteriore la composizione del piede sin che si stacca benissimo con una sua luce quasi si potrebbe usare da solo per una fot così come per le altre parti geometriche che compongono l'immagine.Ottima la scelta del bianco e nero e della bellissima modella ciao vito...

Che ritorno, Roberto! gran bel lavoro! cè molta armonia in questo ritratto a campo lungo. Hai fermato la modella in una posa delicatissima ed equilibrata; le gambe tirare su, il capo reclinato.. creano delle linee immaginarie che richiamano un concetto di bellezza neoclassico, puro. Beautiful light, well controlled exposure, beautiful model. IMHO you frame her too tight, the toe is touching the dark line on right and the elbow is cut.
A tad wider framing will solve this (i suggest moving the model a little bit back).

ti sei spiegata perfettamente, naty, e intanto ti spiego questa foto come è nata!
a parte la mia bravura che ha tentato di correggere (senza PS) la composizione.. (scherzo per la bravura).. è successo che qs come alcune delle altre foto fatte alla cara cuginetta sono state scattate con il 100-400 all'interno di una piccola camera, qs nel caso specifico e stata fatta dal corridoio verso la camera e la finestra, siccome nel fotogramma non stava tutta completa (vedi gomito dx e piede) l'ho "incorniciata" tra gli stipiti della porta!!!
non so se sia ad hoc, ma me venuta così..

Beautifully balanced portrait that draws the viewer in. Great light, nice b&w tones, good looking model in quite a natural pose. Just noticed the tatoo on her foot :) Maybe the background could be less cluttered, but I realise this is not a studio shot. Well done.

I have to add one more.
The illumination is not "safe" windowlight, it is complex and beautiful.
The setting is a little different for this kind of portrait.
Her shiny top and tatoo is not "safe" wardrobe.
The composition seems simple, but it's not.
The pose seems like a familiar one, but if it is, it's wonderful.

it's a masterwork.

Mamma mia quanto sta a caricare con tutti 'sti commenti!! ;) Non ricordo se te l'ho già commentata, ma ero curioso di rivederla ora che mi sono messo a fare quasi esclusivamente ritratti. Ben fatta (la foto intendo ;) ), mi piace la posa e l'atmosfera creata attorno alla modella (meno quella tavola per terra sullo sfondo), se dovessi dire cosa non mi piace molto, è la forte luce sul braccio, sul fianco e sul ginocchio, magari avrei provato ad usare una tenda d'emergenza per ammorbidirla. .una bella idea anche la tua sai caro max.. diciamo che originaiamente "il servizio fotografico" - molto umilmente parlando - era nato per le luci da interno/esterno... comunque a dire il vero ha impiegato un po' anche con me, non pensavo fosse arrivata a tanto "mia cugina".. eh eh eh!
dovrei tornare anche io a questo genere di foto ma ultimamente ho ritagli di tempo sempre corte e più disparati nell’arco della giornata..
