Great shot, I think this would work well in black and white too, maybe even cropping out the boy to the left though I do like the busyness conveyed by the people.

yep a lot goiong on b ut I wouldn't lose a bit. The hairdresser looks so commanding from that angle or perhaps it's that she's the only pro. and the room looks huge.
