About This is the majestic and somewhat over-bearing peak of Gingilos in Crete. At just under 7000 feet, it's a decent sized mountain and rears up from the Omalos plain where this image was taken. I took this shot on our return having climbed the mountain. It was a wonderful climb in bright sunlight, up through the snow and onto the windy peak with its fabulous views. This is another shot using Ilford SFX infra-red film and a Cokin Z-Pro infra-red filter.

Excelllent shot, reminds me of a photographer:
Anton Corbijn, he is a Dutch photographer and does a lot of work for U2(Joshua tree) and other recording artist!
Regards,
Dirk.

Wonderful effect with the SFX.

Contrast between the snow and the dark sky is excellent.
