About Just back from a pleasant session up in the north east - Barnard Castle to be precise.

We had a pleasant walk down the Tees and ended up in the town centre in search of the golden ale (which we found happily) but I was quite atken with the long sweep of this street. Add those 2 blower baskets in and it came out quite colourful too - though despite the blue sky, it was coat weather!

Neat streetscape Ade. Take away the modern cars and the street looks to have a lot of character. Cheers!

Yes the sweep/curve of the street is great and well captured, the different roof levels make for an interesting skyline , but was it taken before the 'golden ale' was found or after - maybe it was a 'straight street' LOL

Superbly taken image, Ade!
Perfect exposure and colour, IMO.
Great job!
Best regards, Chris

Nice perspective on the street, Ade, and I like the saturated colours in sky, flowers, and even the vehicles lend some colour.
Dave.

Ade,

Cool. Some how the red cars fit in with the flowers.

regards,
ken.

This came out an absolute treat Ade, colours are strong and a great perspective with the sweeping road.

Excellent photograph - those flower tubs remind me that I need to get some gardening done :-(

Best wishes,
Steve
