Exceptional work. Have you thought of reshooting it in black and white, assuming you could get the cat to stay still long enough?

Hanna Segal   {K:13469} 4/26/2005
Thanks, everybody!
Ted, I'd probably desaturate it and rework it in PS for the BW, cause the cat is not that tame... that was a happy accident. I was going to shoot the boxes for fun, and the cat just jumped on the crate, looking as though he knew how to pose. So I thought I might give it a try :)

Hanna Segal   {K:13469} 4/26/2005
Well, here's the BW version.

Hanna Segal   {K:13469} 4/26/2005
I did a BW version of the cat for you to see (same pic, though)

Hanna:

Thanks for the reply and I suspect your cat and my brother's cat Evil Lucky, are ferrel cats and related.

Thank you for the comment on my tulip. I'm constantly amazed by the similarities in this breed of cat. I have two totally unrelated black and white cats and their faces are the same but mirrored, and could be mother and sis to yours.
I love the look he has here.
