it's very nice festival in a beautiful place, where there are so many people coming (lovely weather also yesterday - in fact too hot maybe - 30 degrees). I wanna get tulips with the backdrop of alpen mountains, but so many people passing by and every one suddenly a photographer. lovely.

Excellent color Cessy. It amazes me how the underside of a tulip can make such a nice picture. I would never have thought of taking a picture at this angle. Beautiful.

what a beauty! wonderful light. How did you do it? I like 'playing around' with tulips as well...

cessy karina   {K:14205} 5/31/2005
thank you Irenka
Actually it's quite simple, I did it on a bright day (noon, actually), on the park.
so I just used the macro lens, tried to find tulips that was lighted by the sun from behind (backlighting). tried to find some composition, pattern, simple form.

cheers,
cessy

Irenka Daniluk   {K:8011} 5/31/2005
Thank you for the explanation. I invite you to visit my tulips - all home shots ;)
