PS concept: No sandwich technique this time, just levels and layers on the IR part.

Special equipment: Tripod (yes, 8s is too much), Hoya R72

Is it suppose to be this cold? I feel as if the temperature suddenly dropped when I saw it! if that?s the effect your after then you nailed it my friend! Gray pale blue and creamy tones! I appreciate how you treat each image differently! As if they are your children!

A wonderful image. The colors are very expressive, and the slight perspective distortion takes it to a mystical level. The R72 is very effective in your hands.

Very nice Thilo,
Cool colours to represent a freezing cold scene. A very dramatic sky and wonderful small details in the bricks, top railing and side steps. The snow is also exposed nicely. I assume you took a few different exposures to get the snow and bricks right.
