Bea, exactly how many cameras have you got? Every photo of yours I look at, seems to be taken with a different camera.

This is a very soothing image, great composition, looks like a very nice place too.

Regards,
Ciprian

Bea, this has a very panoramic feel to it, dont know if that was intentional, but thats the impression it gives me.
Love the colours on this also.
Again the master shows us how to create a work of art.

Now I see you are shooting with a Linhoff. Have to ask the ? that Ciprian asked, just how many do you have??????
Jim, i'm in awe of your talent, Gamble

Ann Texter   {K:10064} 5/9/2005

Mark Beltran   {K:32612} 5/9/2005
At times, it's as if I'm looking at three square images beautifully combined. I love this format. It's like the field of view we get from our own eyes.

Very nice Landscape.

Bea - no way. do you really have this camera or are you borrowing this? I met with a guy about 2.5 weeks ago that had this very camera. VERY EXPENSIVE :) and also very cool. I'll stick with the Shen Hao for the moment though :) I'm messing up plenty of negatives with it.

Bryan Miller   {K:3395} 5/9/2005
indeed bittersweet. perhaps you can use the camera to capture some essence of this friendship.

Bea Friedli   {K:9834} 5/9/2005

Tim  Schumm   {K:28854} 5/11/2005
Wicked photo....great camera. to bad it is so small here on UF...i'm sure it would be amazing in full.

Giuliano Guarnieri   {K:35598} 5/11/2005
Hi Bea,
a great format size!
Amazing view, unusual for picture but usual for human view.
It's a pity to see only 800 px, we should suggest to Admin to allow picture where the sum of the two sizes is no more than 1600 px!
Do you know him?
You speak English better than me... can you ask it? ;)

I saw also one picture of Admin made with a Linhof 6x17.... ops, is him your friend who gave you this camere?? :))))

Bye

GG

Bea Friedli   {K:9834} 5/11/2005
thanks Scott... now I need to figure out what else to shoot...

Bea Friedli   {K:9834} 5/11/2005
thank you Tim ! actually..it does look better in print...and bigger..this internet doesn't truly do it justice..love this camera !

Bea Friedli   {K:9834} 5/11/2005
hey GG ! thanks ! wish it was bigger too on here..oh well.
no..I didn't even know admin has the same camera..
no..it's not from him...
not even sure whom admin is ? can you send me the link ? or..I'll try a search

Omar Rifaat   {K:10135} 5/26/2005
Hi Bea,
Is the Linhoff a panoramic camera or is this a crop? I always learn when I come to your page.
The composition is very nice with the path heading off in the distance.. The trouble with wide images is that its hard to show them off well on the web because you can't make them so big (to fit). I can see that this is a very good shot but I have to mentally compensate for the size ratio. I have the same problem with some of mine, I really like panorama. (The rollei makes great long shots if the top and or bottom parts are cropped, I have found)
Take care,
Omar

Bea Friedli   {K:9834} 5/26/2005
the Linhof is a panoramic camera. instead of 6x6 like the rollei.. it's 6 x17 !! I love it. but..like you said..hard to get the full impact on the web. thanks my friend !

Stephen Bowden   {K:64540} 7/22/2005
