About Taken in Monument Valley, Arizona, USA. I waited a long time on a cold windy evening for this light to happen. It always seems to be in the wrong place and finally it all happen in a spli of a second. The best of both world would of been that only the two towers would be illuminated but for that to happen I would probably still be waiting. :) Please visit my website www.DiFrusciaPhotography.com or my project site www.TimeCatcher.com

Isn't light an amazing thing? The framing of this really lets my eye wander the scene, but I keep coming back to the "mitten".
I especially like the road as it works to give another element to this shot in the foreground and makes it open for exploration.

Wonderful image of the East & West Mitten Buttes of Monument Valley. You're right about the two towers being illuminated at the same time, but sometimes mother nature doesn't cooperate. This photo is nonetheless amazing 7+.

Very nice! The road is a nice addition because it bounds the formations and draws me in, and it also mirrors the clouds a bit.
