Great job, Tim. I love the warm lighting bouncing off the trees. Very sharp and excellent colors! Well done.

You always wait until you have the wonderful light! Thats because you are a painter (artist)! Hm, yes also photographer?s do! But you are both... anyway, the golden/orange light here are great. The composition are very nice and the tree?s looks so pliable!

Jeanette

I think this is absolutely beautiful. It almost doesn't even look real. It's a gorgeous shot.

Why do I think that this was taken by someone more an artist than a photographer? Hmmm. I think it's because of the unusually artistic arrangement of the tree trunks and the very warm late-afternoon sunlight. And just maybe the over-saturated colours which make it look somehow unreal, more a product of the imagination!

Beautiful lighting, Tim, and I like the way you framed the distant trees with the closer ones.
Dave.

It's the artist in you that keeps coming up with these remarkable views Tim. Absolutely fabulous composition and the lighting has already been mentioned. Great shot.
My boss has just returned from a visit to the Banff-Jasper area. Seeing his shots has made me so jealous. Wish I was back there.

I like the sunlight on the tree trunks.

Magical shot Tim... I came across your portfolio after Den Thompson told me one of my images was 'very Tim Schumm' and very effective. And I must say your portfolio doesn't disappoint at all! I love this. The light is simply wonderful and the composition spot on. You know how sometimes there is just 'something' about an image? Well this has that 'something'.
