About This shot was taken on a rainy evening. I took the chance to venture out and see if I could come up with a few moody shots. I was happy when I saw this old branch lying around. It was all burnt up and it made me wonder if it was because of lightning or simply burnt by man. Please visit my website www.DiFrusciaPhotography.com or my project site TimeCatcher.com

You certainly got the "moody" part... wonderful feel to this, lighting is just awesome! Guess I should consider heading out in the bad weather more often!

Another of your long series of variations on a wonderful theme. It's a very distinctive vision and you bring it off time after time. Very impressive! Have you ever tried MF? I wonder what you would do with a 6 x 7 or even 6 x 9cm transparency... with the shallower depth of focus and greater resolution. I am sure it would be breathtakingly beautiful!

Thank you everyone for your great comments. I really appreciate this. To answer your comment Roger, I have never tried MF ot LF but I would love to. The only problem is the lack of funds to buy the equipment. maybe I should borrow some just for a test drive.

Excellent lighting and colors, you have your own typical style with these V-shots. Did you use a grad ND ?
