About This fella was sat on a sage leaf in my garden, he was sat on it for about a minute, I guess he liked the velvet texture on the leaf. That's why you should wash herbs before using them.

Well captured James!! You have captured 2 insects at once.....the fly and a fly parasite. Look just behind the fly head on the body and you can see a brownish larve. Well done again!

Cheers for the comment Sal, I don't think it's eye is dented I think it is just an optical illusion bought about by the flash. If anyone knows different I'd love to know.
