Sorry to hear you had trouble with unscrupulous internet people.
This is a very nice image, good idea. It is so light and high key, it does not look like it is moonlit.
I like the work with the contrast: you can see details in the near footprints, then almost everything is blown out until the figure in the distance.

looks a tad bright for moonlight but that should be easy fixed using levels or reducing the contrast in the darkroom and burning in the top half of the image.. great idea tho and it does give the feeling of night..but given that no exposure details have been provided it is hard to know whether its a time exposure or not, although the figure in the distance would not register in a time exposure so..I guess thats our clue..but again neat idea just needs a bit of tweaking

These are 2 people's footsteps, but only one in the distance; is it so that you have left that fellow and come back and shot or its intentionally done that way to have a meaning to the shot? It looks like etched painting. Good job!

Outstanding..
Impressive work, good choice of shadow and the frame of the picture also.
A little contradiction of the man and the footprints direction.
If the man is approaching the prints captured the future isn't it. A little bit confusing though!!
The title may be "footprints of the future" or "capturing future" or "back to the future" something :))
