I've been studying this for a few minutes trying to sort out the elements in this shot and I still haven't got a clue. One thing for sure is I love it. Every thing in the picture represents to me something going away, the birds, the sun, the season and the person. But it's just a cycle they all come back and endure. Fine work Merete well done. I wish I had this in a bigger format for my desktop.

To me they are all present... in a moment..
The birds are flying around... the kids are quiet... everything is still.
I'm not sure I can load it any bigger... :/ I'm sorry..
Thanks for your kind comment... I'm so happy you like it. I do too.. ;o)

Kind regards
Merete

Merete, my new friend, this is a lovely complex picture. It reminds me on some of the great surrelistic paintings. The contrast between the brick wall and the rest of the picture seem to be the analogon to the contrast between being enclosed somewhere and of being in the free nature. Just beautiful!

Kind regards, Markus

Thanks, Markus...
I don't know about the briks...but I believe I like the contrats...of life. I often try to do this with my florals as well, but I have not been that lucky so far...still making them much too beautifull!!! )
I'm fighting against all this yukki beauty at the moment..don't know why...I just do.
Thanks for dropping by...and I added you to my friends list long time ago, but it didn't work.. :( Now I see I have had the luck!! Thank you

Kind regards...and hugs
Merete

That's absolutely stunning and beautiful. Great idea, the wall-texture and nature in the background...I wish I could fly away from these stony walls...See you
