Very pretty, Rebecca - I was just shooting some magnolias, too! You did a great job capturing the creamy-white of the petals!

Dorothy Di Liddo   {K:13766} 6/1/2005
OMG!!! Gorgeouos, I love the way the flower seems to be floating. The lighting really emphasizes that too. Great work, Dottie

Jimmy Payne   {K:21163} 6/1/2005
So beautifully photographed, I can smell the sweet magnolia aroma. You're getting along just great that new camera and turning out super shots. Are you shooting in jpeg or raw mode?

Jimmy
P.S. I think my new piece of expensive Canon L glass is a dud. Might have to send it off to Canon for repair.

What a classic. It has the simplicity and presence of an oriental painting.

Dave Stacey   {K:117552} 6/2/2005
Great lighting, Rebecca, as well as the details in the center. BTW, I've been away, when did you get the Rebel?
Dave.

Del Metheny   {K:25369} 6/2/2005
I think the center is so interesting, and the way the petals sort of cup around it. Nicely done. Del.

I hate freaking flower shots, but you outdid yourself on this one. First class image !!! It has a nice soft peaceful feeling, while being sharp as a tack. I'd give you a 20, but I can't rate the damned thing. You did yourself proud.

Glenn Edmiston   {K:8387} 6/4/2005
