Ah, how cute. What a great image of man sharing with his best friend. Adorable!

Yes, I always enjoy your work, Leslie.
Even when it has humor, it has your touch to deal with tones and lighting and composition.
It seems to me that you approach your subjects with a great tenderness.
That is what i see here. Again.
God to see you.
Hugs.

Hi Leslie, good to see you again. I have been off a while with some health problems.
A great way to present this picture with the partially desaturated areas. Such a cute little dog and the tongue is great. I might have darkened the hand in the upper right corner as it seems to draw my eye away from the cutie in the center. the other hand is well done. Don.

very cool.

Excellent title!! Somehow I think "Chihuahua sharing strawberry slush-puppie with moped-driver" just wouldn't have worked! Haha!

Fantastic picture - you have a great eye for an image, love the PS too.

I am not confident enough to shoot street images yet - too scared of being mugged for my camera, for one thing! Do you have any tips?

Regards
Steve.

I feel the same way...but I will give you a tip that a good friend gave me...go to street faires, county faires or festivals where people are looking at art work and crafts...those folks don't seem to mind cameras...and here, if you go to county fairs, parents always have cameras to take pictures of the kids...go to zoos, not just for the animals...but for the people and kids. too...that's the best advice anyone ever gave me

Excellent tip! Pass on my thanks to your friend, & thank you too!

Regards
Steve.

I like the look of this....... toning...color....... soft/sharp. Not that many almost monotone pics with color highlights work near this well. Cute pic too.

speaking of softening...how about this one?
