About This is a building on the south bank of the Aire in Leeds, just over Leeds Bridge.

Not too sure what it's actually called, but I call it Leeds Bridge Building and most people know where it is.

Taken at about midnight last night on a trip round town with fellow usefilmer Alastair Bell.

Got a decent selection of shots despite (or because of) the rain, though it had abated by 10PM.

Brilliant night-time shot, Ade!
I'm really impressed with the detail and exposure!
Well done, my friend!

Thanks Chris - I was a little dubious about wandering around Leeds till 1AM with expensive camera equipment.... but then saw a reflection of Alastair and I in a bus shelter and thought we'd be OK! Heavy tripods can be a good deterant.

this is a great building to shoot, very small compared to the New York namesake, but same feel. This was taken from very close up with a 15mm lens as any further away you get traffic lights and signs in the way.

I'd expect you'll be seeing a few of these from us 2!

Dodging and diving, ducking and weaving....;-)

i like the interpretation on thse two as well... I know what you mean about having loads you COULD be working on... I have loads I SHOULD be working on but somehow the photography seems more interesting!

Ade,

Magnificent building - looks quiet quiant as well, like a mini Roman coloseum. Once up on a time, Romans were there in uk for a while - did they build this one by chance ?

The bright light at the right side keep pulling my eyes - could you please ask it to let me go so that I can see the building in my own pace !

regards,
ken.

Love the angle you used, makes it look as though the building is one room width all the way down. Great lighting gives excellent detail
Margaret
PS really like the two additions here both excellent
