Good composition - looks a little on the green side and dark - I think that is intentional for the mood?

Don't know how close you can get before losing focus, but I'd only suggest getting even closer to the flowers to make them really monumental.

Maybe fill 2/3s of the frame in height, and placed on the 1/4 and 1/3rd of the frame with a wide angle recession into space?

Like the darkened sky - looks like you may have some masking lines in there.
