Yeah, I think you might be right, the old one had its LCD go wonky and I would have had the new xt by now except that Canon ticked me off by changing the battery and grip size.

Mind you I've had some fun with the point and shoot the last couple of days playing with the hot lights.

LCD stopped working Paul, managed to finish that session with a video out and TV monitor but what a pain.
