Very nice photo manipulation! I love turning already nice photos into paintings and this one is very well done! Beautiful columbines - were they originally purple, or did you color them? I haven't seen them that shade before, but have seen ones colored like the young bloom in the center. I just got done checking out your portfolio - Love your technique - it's a fantastic collection!

I've been looking at all your images here, I love them all. As a beginning user of PSP, could you suggest to me some of the things you are doing to your images? Layers of textures? I'm so lost as to where to begin, but the style and look you've achieved is something that draws me.

I'm not manipulating my photots...I work with them in Paint Shop Pro...yes.

I'm always working in two layers... same photo upon eachother. Then you got a background and a raster-layer.
I mostly work on the background layer... blurring it... working with different filters etc. And the I remove some from the upper layer...sometimes using an effect...
Hm..it's dificult to explain....sorry
