Good shot Ben! How did you do it? What tool you use in photoshop? care to share?

Ben Mok   {K:4084} 6/19/2005
Hi Joe,
What I did was;
1)Took two images and stacked them on top of each other.
2)In the layer tool box select lighten.
3)Created a new layer and pasted all layers onto the new layer Alt-Ctr-Shft E
4)Adjustment layer - hue saturation
5)Save the image and stack the next image on top and repeat 2-5
So really the images themselves are all untouched.
:)
Hope it helps,
Ben

I love this photo Ben!

I love the directed lines in this photo.
One thing that bothers me on this photo is the 2 bright lights on top of the photo, it feels like i'm being spoted by a police spot light!

I just love the angle you have found for it!

Keep it up!

I am particularly fond of high altitude shots, Ben. And slo mo.

I can appreciate the really nice PS work. You created a real sense of colorful night life.

Did you use a tripod, so you could stack the images later in register???

I am very impressed with this.

Well done, Bill.

Ben Mok   {K:4084} 10/19/2005
Thankyou Bill, you are too kind.

Yes the 5 shots were taken with a tripod at the same spot however I took this shot at my friends apartment balcony and the wind was blowing quite strongly.

I look forward to seeing some of your high altitude/night shots

Cheers,
Ben

Delightful composit,
turned out great.

I would love to see all the originals!
Lori :)

Ben Mok   {K:4084} 10/21/2005
Hi Lori - thanks for you kind comments.
Here is one for you :) they are all more or less the same.

Lori Stitt   {K:74568} 10/21/2005
Even this one looks great just as it is. So, in other words, you took several duplicates (with tripod) and then used various modes?

Really nice, fun to create! And you do a good job
Lori :)

Toby Thornton   {K:269} 11/13/2005
great composition and exposure, good work

David M Roberts   {K:905} 12/3/2005
This is a very stunning image Ben, the color is amazing, I love the busy-ness of the whole scene.
