Che bellissima idea e che bel dettaglio!!

Ieri questa foto non l'avrei proprio aperta senza mettermi a piangere, per fortuna oggi è arrivato un pacchetto con il caffè italiano e anche la mia moka è contenta!

Hmmmm I can almost smell the coffee, Anna. I love these traditional little caffetiere and they make the best coffee.

I think with this shot the focus/DOF is not quite right as it need to cover from the front of the caffetiere to the coffee beans. Also the angle is a bit too "straight on" and I would suggest experimenting with a slightly more "from above" angle.

Hi Angelo,
I chose that picture because I wasn't looking for a truly realistic effect, but probably the idea in my mind was not completely achieved. This is about as you suggested me to try. I did also some black and white pictures, will see if they work better. Anyway it will be good having another coffee and doing some more experiments ; )

Thank you,
Anna

I like this new version :)

I like the shapes and reflections, the very shallow depth of field and distortions from the wide angle lens at minimum focus distance have made the image a perfect abstract. Well done.

Mmmm... caffeine. This will haunt me in my dreams...
