the contrails (remember? :-) really adds something special to this image. the ir looks more earth-like here. maybe something one could have achieved by emphasizing the green channel in a regular shot.

Great square composition, Thilo. The tones and low-key are nice. The trees must be quite unwell, as I thought their leaves should reflect more IR light and look a bit brighter.
Excellent choice with the square crop.

sentimental....hehe....gefällt mir gut, war mir zwar wegen des oberen kondensstreifens nicht auf anhieb sicher aber jetzt muss ich sagen stört mich sein verlauf doch eher weniger....kommt gut thilo.

Fabulous IR photograph Thilo, I like the simplicity in this and the jet trails look super - though I thought they may have turned out dark with the IR.
I may upload one later I took while on holiday !
