Beautiful clematis, Petal.

One sugestion I would like to make: whichever part you make "centre stage" and leave in sharp focus, be careful about its positioning. Try not to get anything (especially large out of focus objects) in front of it.

Having said that, don't be constrained by rules and techincalities. This image is lovely despite some of its "imperfections", and if it shows what you want to convey, then that's all that matters.
