About Haven't posted any of my Jillybean in a while. Just got a new furry blankie intended for babies but Jillian wanted to break it in! Natural light with a reflector.

Thanks, I think she's pretty cute :-) Her lips really are that red btw. People ask me if it's lipstick! Lucky girl!

excelent work, wow, I really love the look but also the great presence she has. Her confident and content expression makes the photo. I don't care too much for the dreamy softness, but then it works fine here.

Louise Vessey   {K:13859} 6/17/2005
Here's the set up. I was peeking around the far side shooting with the window behind her, reflector infront. Of course the white blankie is a great reflector too. Jillian was not available for this demonstration so baby stood in for her :-)

Thanks David. I considered leaving the soft white edges off, but then didn't like the dark bit of floor and wall to the right so I went with it.

Christy McCullough   {K:914} 6/17/2005
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Louise! This is gorgeous! Truly. I love the soft creamy, dreamy look you have achieved, and yet her features are as sharp as they need to be. Wow, you are good!

Amanda Keeys   {K:9349} 6/18/2005
Oh I just love the softness and her beautiful day-dream expression.

Love this shot. So soft all over. The browns are so good. Great work.

Love the softness here - very cute photo. The 50mm is my favorite lens to use on the portraits - it's just been perfect for you. Great lighting!

Nothng to add to the previoius comments other than ". Nice to see such work receiving proper recognition. This is a portrait without fault or need for improvement. Just a large print to frame.
