That shadow on the left adds mystery.
I like the negative space in contrast with the brigt red of the wall.

An intriguing scene, very well composed.

Dramatic! Although maybe the shadow space is a bit TOO predominant--the effect would still have been strong with some of it cropped. It's the rainy season in Japan, not good weather for photos, so you won't see much from me for a while. I still take one or two most days, but it takes a while to get through 36 exposures...
