About A second from a recent model shoot. The lady's fair skin made the exposure very difficult, so please critique at will. Speed was 1/90 at f3.5, shot under a shed awning with a reflector to lighten the shadows.

Interesting, I really love that old wrench she is holding.

I think I need a tune-up! Only PS or more lighting on her hair could have improved this shot. I believe you've taken lemons in this case and made delicious lemonade. Warren, I'd like to thank you for your thoughtful comments on my portfolio and let you know that you've been missed.

Salvatore;

Thanks man. I've missed being here.

For what it's worth....I try very hard to keep my "digital post processing" to a minimum. I'm a big believer in taking the time to get it right in the camera. Doesn't always work, but that's the nature of the game, so to speak.

Cheers,

- Warren

Wow.
I just wish you'd had your hair light to separate those gorgeous locks from the dark background, Warren.

Warren Brown   {K:7472} 8/9/2005
Yes, a hair light would have been great, but the trailer that she's leaning against was actually surrounded by thorns, brambles, etc., and the roof itself wasn't very high. I DID have a hammerhead flash with me, but didn't have a remote for it.

Cheers.
